Example

Customer: "My order hasn't arrived yet"

  • Professional: "Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Could you share your order number?"
  • Friendly: "Oh no, sorry about that! 😊 Deliveries take 3-5 days. Share your order number and I'll check!"
  • Formal: "We apologize for the inconvenience. Standard delivery requires 3-5 business days. Kindly provide your order number."
