Widget Portal
Transform the widget into a full customer portal with tabs.
Tabs

Each tab is optional. Enable in Settings → Widget.
If no tabs are enabled, the widget stays a simple chat — no bottom bar.
News
Publish articles (News or Changelog category) with title, excerpt, cover image, and markdown content.
Roadmap
Share your product roadmap. Customers vote on features and suggest new ones. Manage suggestions in the dashboard.
Help Center
Organize articles into categories with icons. Full-text search across all articles. Three-level navigation.
