Open your website
Navigate to the page where you installed the widget.
Click the chat bubble
The widget opens with your greeting message.
Ask a question
Type a question covered in your knowledge base.
Check the response
The AI responds in 2-3 seconds based on your documentation.
Check the dashboard
Go to Dashboard → Conversations. You'll see the conversation with the AI's confidence score.
What to Look For

| AI responds accurately | Your knowledge base covers this topic |
| "I don't have information" | Topic missing from knowledge base — add it |
| Response saved as draft | Confidence between draft and auto-send thresholds |
| Conversation escalated | Confidence below draft threshold |
