Get ResolveBot running on your website in 15 minutes.
Create your account
Go to resolvebot.io/signup (opens in a new tab) and create your account with email or Google.
Add your knowledge base
Choose how to add your documentation: URL (paste your FAQ page), Text (copy-paste), or File (upload PDF, DOCX, TXT).
ResolveBot automatically crawls sub-pages when you provide a URL. A typical FAQ page takes about 60 seconds to index.
Install the widget
Copy this code and paste it before the closing body tag on your website:

Open your website and click the chat widget. Ask a question covered in your FAQ. The AI should respond in 2-3 seconds.

If the AI responds with "I don't have information about this", check that your knowledge base was indexed successfully in Dashboard → Knowledge Base.
