Automatically engage visitors with targeted popup messages.
Creating a Rule
Go to Dashboard → Proactive Messages and click "+ New Rule".
Name your rule
Example: "Checkout help", "Pricing engagement"
Write the message
Max 200 characters. Example: "Need help choosing a plan?"
Choose the trigger

| URL contains | Fires on matching pages (/checkout, /pricing) |
| Time on page | Fires after X seconds |
| Exit intent | Fires when mouse moves to close button |
Set conditions
Delay, max displays per session, priority, URL filter.
Activate
Toggle to active. Takes effect immediately.
Behavior
- White bubble appears above the FAB
- Auto-dismisses after 10 seconds
- Clicking opens the widget with text pre-filled
- Shows once per session by default
